We are happy to meet on a day, time and location most convenient to you, and these meetings are usually arranged by prior appointment.

We charge a fee of £250 for arranging and submitting a mortgage application, this fee is fully refunded should the application be declined by the lender. However, the fee would not be refunded if the application were declined due to none disclosure of information the lender would require to make a decision.  We receive commission from the provider
